- Hesham Taha Muqbel - Chief Executive Officer
Over 31 years of construction industry experience, Mr. Hesham Muqbel brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the role of CEO of Al Rajhi Construction. His education and professional background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects is in line with the focus of the company he leads. Prior to heading Al Rajhi Construction, Mr. Muqbel worked for Wade Adams Contracting for 27 years, rising through the ranks to earn the position of Manager. Mr. Muqbel holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt.
- Aref Amer - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Aref Amer brings over 33 years of civil and infrastructure construction experience to his role of COO of Al Rajhi Construction. Prior to joining Al Rajhi Construction, Mr. Amer held various on-site engineering positions, before moving to contracting management of mega projects for the Bin Laden Group in Saudi Arabia and then Wade Adams Contracting in the UAE. Mr. Amer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Cairo University in Egypt.
- Bachir Al Kassab - Area Manager (KSA)
Mr. Bachir Kassab brings over 24 years of expertise in infrastructure and roads industry, Mr. Kassab has verifiable track record for execution and successful completion of Multi-million Dollar projects. Prior to joining Al Rajhi, Mr. Kassab held various engineering positions in Master Builder Contracting Company in the UAE, Bin Hafeez Transport & General Contracting in the UAE and Wade Adams Contracting LLC UAE , rising through the ranks as the Area Manager of Al Rajhi Construction in Saudi Arabia branch. Mr. Kassab holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Beirut Arabian University.
- Dr. Ahmad Ali - I.T. Director

An astute IT professional with over 15 years cross cultural experience in the areas of Project Management, Implementing IT Infrastructure and business application, Software Design, develop & Implementation, Oracle ERP implementation & Administration. Thorough understanding of SDLC with proficiency in mapping business requirements, technical documentation, coding, application design, development, integration, testing and troubleshooting for complex information systems management. Strong communication, collaboration & team building skills with proficiency at grasping new technical concepts quickly & utilise the same in a productive manner. Excel in establishing & reorganizing IT Department. With proven experience operations, sales, services, manufacturing and construction domains. Solid track record of successfully completing the projects on time and within the budget. Exceptional skills in developing operating procedure, developing strategic planning, aligning business objectives with the IT, streamlining operations, relating technical information to end users and supporting ERP, network operations, data centres, IP telephony, VoIP, infrastructure and wireless architecture.
